Alegria is responsible for ISCA’s sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and product quality. A results-driven executive with a successful record of achieving profitable business growth, Alegria has worked with the leading brands in agriculture and possesses outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Alegria has 30 years of international experience in agricultural product sales, marketing, human resources, and research and development with the DOW corporation and Corteva Agriscience, including divisions in the United States, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Costa Rica. He also worked as Seeds Global Business Director at Dow AgroSciences.

ISCA’s rapid growth also has allowed for the recent hiring of several other talented employees, with 11 new positions filled since the beginning of the year.

ISCA, Inc., provides the next generation of insect control products for world agriculture by harnessing the power of pheromones and other semiochemicals that manipulate the behavior of targeted insect species. ISCA’s insect control innovations are environmentally sustainable, cost-effective, and can be applied mechanically to both row and specialty crops. ISCA is headquartered Riverside, Calif., and has subsidiaries with offices and manufacturing facilities in the United States, Brazil, and India.
