Message From Our Board of Directors

On January 23, 2023, the Board of Directors of ISCA Inc unanimously approved this Code, the purpose of which is to communicate our beliefs and standards as a company in building a corporate culture of integrity, based on ethical values essential for the maintenance of an economically viable and sustainable business. It will also guide us to know and understand the policies and principles that define how we want to do business, to make decisions consistent with them, and to be informed about the behaviors we require as a company.

This Code of Ethics and Conduct is applicable to all of us who make up ISCA (employees and company directors) as well as to it subsidiaries, controlled companies, their respective contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and other “business partners” and their respective members who carry out actions with our company directly or by name and account thereof. Business activities firmly based on ethics, integrity and transparency are vital to our company.
