The lure M 134 EC is a specialized lure that has been developed to be effective against yellowjackets that are prevalent in the eastern half of the United States. Some of the species that M 134 EC is most effective against include Vespula vidua, V. vulgaris, and V. maculifrons.

It is important to set yellowjacket traps in the early spring so that the queens can be captured. Once a nest is established the queen will not leave. A queen can produce up to 5,000 wasps, so each captured queen in the spring can save you considerable time and hassle in the fall.

For quantities of 250 lures or more, price shows packaging in bulk using re-sealable air-tight moisture barrier bag, other smaller quantity packaging options are available here. Field life: 6 to 12 weeks depending on environmental conditions. Allow 2-3 days for lure to dissolve completely and achieve optimal attraction.
Shelf life: 2 years (or more) if refrigerated.
